How do I place a custom order? +
Just send us a message using the form above. Tell us what you have in mind, product type, size, any design ideas. We'll come back to you with a quote and timeline. If you do not have files thats ok upfront, just your idea can get us started!
How long does a custom order take? +
Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days. If you're working with a deadline, let us know and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work. Rush orders are sometimes possible.
Do you need a design file, or can you help with that? +
Both. If you have a file ready (SVG, AI, PNG at 300dpi), we can work directly from it. If you have an idea but no file, we can help. Tell us what you're going for and we'll figure it out together.
What's your minimum order quantity? +
One. We love single custom pieces as much as bulk orders. No minimum.
Do you ship outside of Utah? +
Yes we ship nationwide. We ship from Hurricane, UT.
